Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup water
- ½ Cup water
- Ghee
Directions
- Add flour to a bowl
- Make a well in flour and add 1 cup water
- Mix well using a fork
- Add additional water to make a nice dough consistency, around ½ cup
- Knead dough
- Add olive oil
- Cover and let sit 10 minutes
- Roll dough into golf balls
Note: you can set aside extra dough for the next few days by refrigerating in an airtight container
- Roll out the balls one by one and cook on both sides
- Move chapati onto a grill over a flame to make it poof up
- Spread chapati with ghee (optional)
