  1. Add flour to a bowl
  2. Make a well in flour and add 1 cup water
  3. Mix well using a fork
  4. Add additional water to make a nice dough consistency, around ½ cup
  5. Knead dough
  6. Add olive oil
  7. Cover and let sit 10 minutes
  8. Roll dough into golf balls Note: you can set aside extra dough for the next few days by refrigerating in an airtight container
  9. Roll out the balls one by one and cook on both sides
  10. Move chapati onto a grill over a flame to make it poof up
  11. Spread chapati with ghee (optional)
