Aloo beans
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 gold potatoes chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 3 cups chopped green beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon hing
- 1 green chili sliced down the side
- ½ Teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri mirch
- 1 teaspoon amchur powder
Directions
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to flat pan. Cook on medium low (4 on gas stove)
- Add cumin, hing, and chili to the pan and fry lightly
- Add chopped potatoes and stir
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add green beans and cook for 2 minutes
- Cover and let cook on low flame for around 10 minutes
- Add kashmiri mirch, salt, turmeric, and amchur powder and mix in
- Cover and put on lowest flame until potatoes are fully cooked
