  1. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to flat pan. Cook on medium low (4 on gas stove)
  2. Add cumin, hing, and chili to the pan and fry lightly
  3. Add chopped potatoes and stir
  4. Cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add green beans and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Cover and let cook on low flame for around 10 minutes
  7. Add kashmiri mirch, salt, turmeric, and amchur powder and mix in
  8. Cover and put on lowest flame until potatoes are fully cooked
